Elemental had a small art department which necessitated a lot of  interpretation and internal art direction within the Modeling Department. Directing and supervising a team of modelers to create the world of Elemental was very challenging.  There were 4 distinct cultural design styles; Fire, Water, Air and Earth.  In partnership with Art, incorporating a unique cultural style meant designing every prop to build an efficient asset library to build a believable and cohesive world.

Supervising required constant communication with production staff, art, shading, dressing, layout, lighting, and special effects.  This also includes bidding, scheduling, mentoring, director reviews and individual evaluations.  I was involved with every model created in the entire film.  Early in production, I created all the previs models, designed the final city layout of firetown and contributed to most of the final models in Firetown, Element City BG buildings, Wetro Trains, Earthtown and Canals.
